1. Custom Artwork & Commissions

No refunds or exchanges are available once a custom order has been confirmed, due to the personalised nature of the work.

A non-refundable deposit (amount agreed at the time of booking) is required before work begins.

Once a commission is approved and finalised, all balances must be paid before delivery.

We are not responsible for slight variations in colour or texture due to screen differences or material properties.

2. Ready-Made Artwork Purchases

If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or repair.

Returns for ready-made (non-custom) pieces are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

3. Digital Art & Downloads

Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been sent or downloaded.

4. Architecture & Design Services

Design fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

If you wish to cancel before work starts, only the deposit will be retained to cover time and resources reserved for your project.

Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and must be paid in full.

5. Personal Advisory & Consultation Services

Consultation bookings may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment without penalty.

Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

If you are late to a session, we may not be able to extend the time, and no refund will be given for missed time.

6. Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide, and delivery times vary depending on location and product type.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.
