Refund Policy

1. Custom Artwork & Commissions

  • No refunds or exchanges are available once a custom order has been confirmed, due to the personalised nature of the work.

  • A non-refundable deposit (amount agreed at the time of booking) is required before work begins.

  • Once a commission is approved and finalised, all balances must be paid before delivery.

  • We are not responsible for slight variations in colour or texture due to screen differences or material properties.

2. Ready-Made Artwork Purchases

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage so we can arrange a replacement or repair.

  • Returns for ready-made (non-custom) pieces are accepted within 14 days of receipt, provided the item is returned in its original condition and packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to our error.

3. Digital Art & Downloads

  • Due to the nature of digital files, all sales are final and non-refundable once the file has been sent or downloaded.

4. Architecture & Design Services

  • Design fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

  • If you wish to cancel before work starts, only the deposit will be retained to cover time and resources reserved for your project.

  • Any work completed up to the cancellation date will be invoiced and must be paid in full.

5. Personal Advisory & Consultation Services

  • Consultation bookings may be rescheduled up to 48 hours before the appointment without penalty.

  • Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • If you are late to a session, we may not be able to extend the time, and no refund will be given for missed time.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship worldwide, and delivery times vary depending on location and product type.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or incorrect delivery details provided by the customer.

7. How to Request a Refund or Return

  • Description of the issue

  • Photos (for damaged or faulty items)

TheMonalisa reserves the right to refuse returns or refunds if these conditions are not met.
