  • Original and custom artwork (physical and digital)

  • Art subscriptions and digital downloads

  • Architectural design services, including moodboards, floor plans, 3D visuals, and spatial design

  • Personal advisory sessions for interiors, styling, and creative projects

 

2. Orders & Commissions

  • All artwork is subject to availability.

  • Custom pieces require full payment or a deposit before work begins.

  • Prices for custom work are based on request and depend on size, materials, and complexity.

  • Commission timelines will be agreed in writing before work starts.

 

3. Digital Downloads

  • Digital purchases are non-refundable.

  • Files are for personal use only and may not be resold, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.

 

4. Subscriptions

  • Subscription plans renew annually unless cancelled.

  • Cancellation requests must be made in writing at least 14 days before renewal.

 

5. Consultations & Advisory Services

  • Bookings are confirmed once payment is received.

  • Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice are non-refundable.

  • Advice provided is based on professional experience; results may vary.

 

6. International Orders & Shipping

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees.

  • Delivery times may vary based on location.

  • We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs inspections.

 

7. Refunds & Returns

  • Custom and made-to-order artwork is non-refundable.

  • Returns for ready-made artwork are accepted within 14 days if the item is undamaged and in its original packaging.

  • Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility.

 

8. Intellectual Property

  • All artworks, designs, images, and website content are protected by copyright law.

  • Purchasing an artwork does not grant reproduction rights unless explicitly agreed in writing.

  • Architectural plans and designs remain the intellectual property of TheMonalisa unless otherwise contracted.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Damage to artwork after delivery

  • Delays outside our control

  • Any indirect loss, damage, or costs arising from use of our services

 

10. Privacy & Data Protection

  • We comply with the UK GDPR and other relevant data protection laws.

  • Your personal information is only used to process orders, bookings, and subscriptions.

  • We never sell your data to third parties.
